12 Years of Experience as a Personal Trainer and Movement Coach
As a Personal Trainer I was taught to coach my clients with a muscle first approach, aka “how can I train each muscle group individually”, but in my 12 years experience working with clients and continued education, I have learn that this one sided approach is not very successful, because nothing works in isolation and this includes the feet. Your foot is connected to your ankle, knee, hip, pelvis, spine and shoulder and when one joint is not moving very well the rest of the body will respond and adapt.
My mission is to educate, inspire, and help movement enthusiasts and fitness professionals by offering 1-1 and group movement coaching and educational workshops and courses.
