This is a great opportunity to work with a Personal Trainer and at the same time be in charge of your time. Following our initial assessment and consultation I will design a personalised training plan to help you with your training, movement exploration and goals. 

Personalised Training Plans from £185 to £295 PCM

  • Goals set up
  • Minimum 2 workout per week
  • 2 x 30 min calls via Zoom every month
  • Weekly or monthly check in
  • Training plans including exercise videos 
  • Minimum 2 months commitment 
  • Final price based on number of workouts and specific requirements
