I have been working with Rali for the last 4 years. I started Rali's classes when lockdown began, and even thought we're able to go back to the gym now I am still doing the online classes, because I absolutely love them. Rali is so professional and make the workouts so enjoyable- anyone, of any fitness level, can join in as she shows different options for each exercise, for each level of fitness. I'm so pleased to have the classes as part of my weekly training, along with my one to one personal training. They are great motivation and it's fun to be part of something the other people join in with too. I definitely recommend these online classes and also Rali as a Coach and Trainer.

I did a 5 weeks Core Strength course with Rali and also joining her online group training sessions. I am addicted. I have been training at home for years, but since I starter her online classes, I can see a big difference. I have worked with Rali for several years. She is an excellent personal trainer and coach. I initialy attended her lunchtime yoga lates classes at the gym near my work and then joined in a 6 week challenge. Rali's blend of encouragement, tailored exercises and sensible eating advice really works for me. Since lockdown I have been benefiting from her online classes. These have been a real lifesaver and are both fun and challenging. My mom, who is in her late 70s, lives 100miles away, but we can train together with Rali via Zoom. it has made such difference to us both. Whatever level of fitness you have Rali has an option in the workouts to accommodate you.
